Agreement
By using govoltaire.com or subscribing to Voltaire’s services, you agree to these terms. Voltaire provides autonomous AI marketing services on a subscription basis.
Services
Voltaire provides content production, SEO optimization, AI citation tracking, social media management, paid advertising, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning through AI-powered systems. Service scope depends on your subscription tier (Foundation, Growth, or Enterprise).
Subscriptions & Billing
Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year. Quarterly plans are billed every three months. Monthly plans are billed monthly. Prices are in USD. You may cancel monthly plans with 30 days written notice.
Your Content & Data
You retain ownership of all content, data, and intellectual property provided to or created through Voltaire’s services. Content produced by Voltaire on your behalf is yours. We access your tools through authorized integrations and do not claim ownership of any data in your systems.
Limitation of Liability
Voltaire’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Marketing results vary and are not guaranteed.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
